Quality and freshness are of utmost concern to us and guarantee this to our clients with each product that we sell. If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your product you may return it in store for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that any products being returned must be in its original packaging, unopened and in brand new condition. Any items that have been opened tampered with or damaged will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Refunds for items that have been paid with legal tender will be refunded in the same form.
Refunds provided on credit cards Will be refunded in the same form and to the same credit card that was originally used for the purchase of the product/s. Please note that refunds on credit cards can take 48 to 72 hours to appear on your bank/card statement.
Shipping Your Item Back
Before shipping your item back, please contact Hemped NYC Ltd., via phone or email, to obtain an RMA number. You must write this RMA on the outside of the package in order for it to be accepted at our facilities. [Please note any package that has been received without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
